Rent Act Tenants Service

A new service providing advice and assistance for older tenants.

With a small grant from the Nationalwide Foundation we are starting to provide additional assistance for older tenants including help when the landlord applies to register a new fair rent; referrals for Warm Front Grants to help with the heating and insulation; and Disabled Facilities Grants for adapations in the home.
Our current funding does not allow us to help as many older tenants as we would like, so we are trying to raise extra funds to help more of you.
