We produce a quarterly newsletter “The Key” to publicise our activities and let tenants know about local and national changes that may affect their tenancies or their homes.
We organise tenants’ meetings to explain things like rights to get repairs done, or challenge high rents. We produce a monthly Campaign Bulletin for Campaign Group members.
Members participate in Brent Council’s Private Housing Forum which is the main way the Council consults with private sector residents.
We consult tenants on major issues such as housing legislation and put forward tenants’ views.
We conduct membership surveys on topics such as the health effects of poor housing conditions.
We invite feed-back on all our services, such as the design and content of our newsletter.
We provide training for those who want to become more involved in helping us to run our affairs.
